The Rotary Club of Alstonville, in conjunction with Our Kids of Lismore, and the Summerland Sunrise Rotary Club of Lismore invite you to our inaugural Spring Fling Gala – then to now.

We invite you all to dress up in formal attire from either the 1920’s or 2020’s to help us celebrate 100 years of Rotary in Australia.

The ticket price includes a 3 course dinner with live entertainment by Rachel Beck and Acid Bleed and MC’d by the fantastic Ellen Briggs

Rachael Beck
Rachael Beck – singing, stage and TV sensation. Best known for her role in the sitcom “Hey Dad”.
Her stage roles include “Cats”, “Beauty and the Beast”, “Les Miserables”, “The Sound of Music”, “Cabaret”, “Singing in the Rain” and “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”.
She released her first solo album in 2014.

Acid Bleed
Acid Bleed is a local Lismore-based band of 8 musicians who play Hot Gypsy Swing Jazz with a Latin groove – very funky. They have been together for over 10 years and put their stamp on the local jazz scene. They released an album “Collage” in 2015. The group play a variety of instruments including electric violin, saxophone, bass, electric classical guitar, electric jazz guitar and percussion.

Ellen Briggs
Ellen Briggs is an author, comedy writer, and professional MC. Early on in her career, she was a finalist in the prestigious RAW Comedy Competition and won a National Foxtel competition that was voted on by peers and managers in the industry. She has never looked back. Ellen regularly performs as a comedian and MC at venues all over Australia, and has created a stand up comedy show called Women Like Us with fellow comedian Mandy Nolan that they tour all over Australia to packed houses and rave reviews.
