Workers welcomes back top chef – Dominic D’Agostino – as Group Catering Manager
This past month we’ve welcomed back Dominic D’Agostino as Group Catering Manager for the Lismore Workers Group of Clubs.
We welcome Dom back after a short stint at the Southport Yacht Club on the Gold Coast where he was nominated for the Queenlsand Clubs Chef of the Year in 2016.
“We’re making a few changes with a new menu marking the reopening of Reflections Cafe and Bar at the main club,” says Dom.
“We’ll also have new menus at Cedars Bistro and the Sporties Bistro at the Workers Sports. But I’m also very keen to see new creative dining experiences at Lismore Workers – starting with pop-up dining in the Platinum Lounge starting later this year.“
We welcome Dom back to the team at Lismore Workers and we again look forward to the benefit of his passion and experience!
